2621351 - Is it possible to remove certain fields from the 'Add to Learning History Completions' screen when recording completions as an instructor?

It is desired to remove certain fields from the instructor's 'Record Completions' screen (e.g., the CPE field).

It is currently not possible to remove fields from the 'Add to Learning History Completions' screen when recording completions as an instructor. 

Alternatively, to achieve a different system behavior, you can create an enhancement request. The Learning Product Management team can review and assess the requested functionality for consideration in a future release and/or explore the possibility of a custom solution.
