Cause
- At least one subject's calibration step is for a role that does not exist
- Configuration of Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Configuration of defined Level ID and Icon from Succession
Resolution
Remove the affected subject from the calibration session:
- Go to Admin Center > Calibration > Manage Calibration Sessions
- Choose the affected calibration session
- Click on the People tab > Subjects
- Select the subject > Delete
- Note: If you're unsure which subject is the problem, run an Employee Profile adhoc report and include the missing role as the column along with that role's status
Review RBP Settings
For the subject's role, grant permission for Everyone. This gives access to search for everyone so all subjects can access calibration.
Configuration of defined Level ID and Icon (Succession)
As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. Please engage your Certified Partner to implement the fix.
- Remove the Level ID script with missing icon configuration
- Define an Icon script. Example script: <Icon alt="" title="Key Position" url="/ui/uicore/img/org_icons/key1.jpg"/>
