Symptom
- Job Info Imports are not delimiting properly
- Job Info record for a user has 2 end dates that are 12/31/9999, and this is causing application errors when looking at users Job Info History & Employment details
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors HCM Cloud
- Employee Central
Reproducing the Issue
- Create a Job Info Import using these fields
- user-id
- start-date
- end-date
- seq-number
- payScaleLevelEntryDate
- payScaleLevel
- Operation
- Import the file into the system as an Incremental Import
Result:
- Navigate to the user
- Load the 'Employment Details'
- Recieve an Application Error
Resolution
This specific issue was resolved in previous releases, however if there is an issue where multiple end-dates are set as 12/31/9999 in either Job Information or Compensation Information, please run the following checks via the Check Tool:
- CompensationMultipleHighDate
- JobInfoMultipleHighDate
