Symptom

How do I enable/disable the Suggestions Box?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Resolution

  1. Log into Provisioning.
  2. Go to Company Settings.
  3. Disable the setting "Enable Suggestion Box".

If you do not have access to provisioning, please reach out to your Implementation Partner.
