2621740 - A new Tab will be Opened in your Internet Browser when you Open a Business Object from the C4C Outlook Add-In

If you click on a link from the C4C Outlook Add-In, the system will open this object in a new tab in the internet browser. However, you expect that the browser should check if C4C is already opened and open a tab inside the C4C tab.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Open C4C in an internet browser (for example Internet Explorer).
2. Logon to the Outlook Add-In.
3. Search a business object (for example, an opportunity) and click on it.

Result: The system will open the business object either in a new tab or in a new window in your internet browser.

Please, note that if your object is being opened in a new window, you need to change your browser settings.

Expected behaviour:

This is the system's behaviour. The new object will be opened in a new tab or window. The system does not check if the system is already opened.
