2621820 - Unable to add new Product Quantity Conversion using Data Workbench Update mode

You want to add additional quantity conversion for a product, but you were unable to update Produce Quantity Conversion through Data Workbench.

SAP Cloud For Customer

1. Go to Data Workbench Woc
2. Select Update facet
3. Select Individual Objects Product Quantity Conversion
4. Upload the file that includes additonal product quantity conversion

Then you could find the original conversion was overwritten by the uploaded data.

Adding new entries for Product Quantity Conversion is not supported using Data Work Bench Update mode.

Please use Import mode to add new entries for Product Quantity Conversion.

2. Select Import facet
3. Select Individual Objects Product Quantity Conversion
4. Upload the file that only includes additonal product quantity conversion
