Cause
Full Time Equivalent (FTE) is the Agreed Working Hours of an Employee as a proportion of the set Standard Working Hours for the company.
The FTE calculations for an Employee is such that whenever it is not given in Weeks, it is set to 1.
So, when Agreed Working Hours are provided in Weeks, then system calculates the FTE and whenever not provided in Weeks, it is set to 1.
Resolution
Provide the appropriate units of measurement while filling the Agreed Working Hours for the Employee.
