2622043 - Outlook Response to Interview Organizer Trigger Doesn't Send Out Email Notification - Recruiting Management

Interview organizer sets up an interview. Meeting invitation was sent out to Interviewers via outlook. When an Interviewer accepts or declines the invite via Outlook button, it should trigger a notification to the Interview Organizer, but this does not happen.

There are two possible identified causes for this issue:

1. Meeting Invitation Response job needs to be refreshed;
2. Interviewer accepts the Outlook interview invite Tentatively or Proposes a New Time to the Outlook interview invite, declining or accepting it.

For Cause 1:

The job that triggers Outlook Response to Interview Organizer notification runs every hour, thus there may be a delay for this notification. Please note this job is not configurable to run more frequently than once every hour.

In case after 1 hour has passed and no email was triggered, we can perform below steps to refresh the Meeting Invitation Response job.

1. Disable the checkbox: Admin Center -> Set up Interview Scheduling Outlook Integration -> Establish Outlook Integration for Interview Scheduling;
   
2. Hit Save [This will refresh the entries for getMeetingResponseStatusJob in job server];
3. Refresh the page and verify changes;
4. Log out and log back in;
5. Make sure you still have all the required details on the page;
6. Hit verify;
7. Enable the checkbox : Admin Center -> Set up Interview Scheduling Outlook Integration -> Establish Outlook Integration for Interview Scheduling;
8. Hit Save [This will trigger a new getMeetingResponseStatusJob in job server];
9. Refresh the page and verify changes.
   
   Additional note: the email address of the Organizer is supposed to be under the same domine used for the integration, otherwise it will not work.

For Cause 2:

Email gets triggered only when interviewer Accepts/Declines the invite and will not be triggered for the other two scenarios, when interviewer accepts the Outlook interview invite Tentatively or Proposes a New Time to the interview invite. Product Management team confirmed this is an expected behavior as per current system design.
