2622241 - How to create a take rule to grant that one time type will be requested only one in employee's life

You need to build a rule to grant that one employee will be able to request one time type for a limited number of days in his whole life in the company or even only for one day.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) - All Versions

For this you'll need to use the following functions:

1. Get Absence In Days for Period or Get Absence in Hours for Period (depending on the time type);

Note: in this example the time type using this rule can be requested for only one day in the whole time of the employee in the company, you can change this as per your business need.
