2622296 - Organizational Data Cannot be Modified in a Deal Registration When it is in Submitted or Accepted Status

The organizational data you edited in a Deal Registration is not saved by the system.

SAP HYBRIS CLOUD FOR CUSTOMER

Prerequisite: You created a Deal Registration object, and it reached the status Accepted or Submitted.

1. Go to the Sales workcenter.
2. Go to the Deal Registration view.
3. Open the accepted or submitted Deal Registration.
4. Click Edit.
5. Update the Sales Unit field.
6. Hit save.

The update was not successful. The Deal Reg. gets saved with the previously entered data.

Fields like Sales Unit become read-only when a Deal Registration reaches the status Accepted or Submitted, hence they cannot be changed.

This is the expected system behavior.
