2622492 - Availability of System Fields (created on, created by, created at) in Job Information (Date Range) domain for Table report builder

• Are System Fields (created on, created by, created at) available under Job Information (Date Range) domain in Ad-Hoc report builder
• Users are unable to locate system fields such as created on, created by, and created at in the Job Information (Date Range) domain. 

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • Analytics & Reporting  (Ad Hoc, YouCalc, ORD)
    • Adhoc Reports & Report Builder

1. Login to the instance
2. Navigate to Reporting > Create Table report
3. Select the domain (Job Information (Date Range))
4. Notice that the system fields are not available

System fields are not available under the Job Information (Date Range) domain by design.

This is expected behaviour. System fields are not available to report under Job Information (Date Range) domain.

Please make use of other domains to report on System fields, which are:

• Person and Employment Info (as of date)
• Person and Employment Audit
