Symptom

When running the "Certificado de Ingresos y Retenciones" (HCOCERT0) report for an employee, one of the following symptoms occurs:

  • Some or all fields of the report are blank;
  • Certain values are being displayed in the incorrect fields or the values in the output are inconsistent;
  • Payments made during the year are not being considered in the final amount of a concept.
