2622580 - Error M3351 raised although line item is already deleted - ERP and S/4HANA

Symptom

You have an outline agreement where the material master for one of the lines is already archived (no entry in table MARC). Although you have already marked that line for deletion (EKPO-LOEKZ = L), you still get error M3351 "Material xxx not maintained in plant yyy" when try to edit the outline agreement through ME32K
