Is it possible to identify IP addresses of students taking courses, assessments, or content in LMS?
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Resolution
- Curently LMS does not provide a way for admins to track IP addresses of students launching items or content
- Custom reporting can be created from the PA_LOGIN_SESSION_INFO table which shows ID & timestamp
- Please reach out to your network or IT team to determine IP addresses
- If this functionality would be useful in a future release, please submit an Enhancement Request
