• During an import of support packages using SPAM an error occurs
• The error message is similar to:
  

  Pkgs. in queue don't exist in the tp buffer (e.g. SAPK-xxxxxxxxxxx) TP_BUFFER_INCONSISTENCY

• Case1: The Start Option "Start in background immediately" or "Start in background later" was chosen. 
  There are multiple application servers for the system.
• Case2: One or more Support package of the SPAM/SAINT queue is missing from the import queue. It can be checked via STMS - Import queue - Refresh

Packages in the queue don't exist in the tp buffer, DIR_TRANS, , KBA , BC-UPG-OCS-SPA , Support package tools for ABAP , Problem
