Symptom

To check all the list of Company Specific Help Documents.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign, SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer.

Cause

You want to know the Company Specific Help documents uploaded in the system.

Resolution

  1. Go to Help Center.
  2. Click on Edit Company-Specific Help for all screens Or Edit Company-Specific Help.

There are two possibilities to check the customer specific help documents:

  1. If you are in some Work Center view you can use "Edit Company Specific Help for All Screens” and then the documents you are creating are visible for every Work Center and every View.
  2. But if you use “Edit Company Specific Help” then the documents will be visible only for the Work Center view in which it is created.
