Symptom

  • When accessing a Lumira Designer dashboard saved to BI Platform from Lumira Designer, the following error message appears:

Java was started but returned exit code= -805306369

-XX: +HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError

  • Behaviour is only affecting some dashboards - they are likely to be more complex than the unaffected ones.
