Resolution
- The Monitor Jobs returns the jobResponse of jobs run within the system but only when you download it.
- The role for the user should have the permission Manage User > Allow users to view all the jobs. (By Disabling this option, users can view only their job status.)
- Login as an admin with the ability to access Manage Permission Role menu.
- Open the Permission Role for a user whom you like to grant access to all jobs.
- Click on Permission
- Under Manage User, enable Allow users to view all the jobs. (By Disabling this option, users can view only their job status.)
- Click on Save Changes.
Note:
- When a job is submitted, the system checks the size of the import file and decides if it should be submitted as a background job.
- If the file has records greater than 10 it will be submitted as background job after sanity check.
- However, if the file contains records that are equal to or less than 10, it will not submit the record in Monitor Jobs.
