Symptom
- What is the logic behind the % shown in Overall Referral Progress (seen on referrer's Referral Tracking tab)?
- Can the percentage be hidden or disabled?
- Why candidate progress backs to 0%?

Reproducing the Issue
- As an internal user, go to the Home > Careers.
- Under Referral Tracking tab, you will see the Overall Referral Progress (in percentage) of the candidate you have referred to a particular job.
Resolution
The Overall Referral Progress (seen on referrer's Referral Tracking tab) is a tracking of where the candidate is in the application progress and can't be disabled or turned off.
This is calculated between where the candidate is in the Talent Pipeline and the statuses that are set to be 'Visible to Referrer' in Edit Applicant Status Configuration in Admin Center. The first hire status should be when 100% is reached. As and when the candidate progresses through the talent pipeline, the percentage keeps increasing.
Sometimes there are scenarios where the Overall Referral Progress percentage stays 0% despite moving the candidate through different statuses of the talent pipeline. For the cause of such scenarios and fix of that issue, please refer to the KBA 2427430.
Another scenario would be when there's a 'Candidate has Applied' status right next to the candidate's name but they haven't applied yet (that can be verified by clicking on the candidate's name and 'Apply Date' on the left side of the screen will be showing a 'Not Available' status). Please check KBA 2699312.
Also, it's important to notice that a candidate percentage will back to 0% if the candidate is moved to a disqualified status.
