2623312 - Lumira Discovery error "Driver not capable : Transactional Mode"

• Opening an existing Lumira Discovery document gives error "Driver not capable : Transactional Mode"
• Creating a new document in Discovery based on a .UNX universe results in the same error
• While creating a new document in Discovery based on a .UNX universe, selecting "run for sample data" gives the same error
• The steps from KBA 2545381 do not resolve the issue
