2623936 - Is it possible to remove pending items from the ToDo list - Recruiting Management

This article will provide information on the control we have over the following RCM pending items that may be displayed under a user To-Do list:

• Pending Job Requisition Approval
• Pending Offer Approval
• Pending Interview Assessments

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

It is not possible to remove these pending items from a user To-Do list, or to hide them through an Admin Center> Manage Home Page setting. The only way to have these items removed from the pending list is actually working on what is pending.

Pending Job Interview Assessments will appear in a users To Do Tile list until the candidate in question is moved to a disqualification/withdrawn status or else the job requisition in question is closed.

There are also a few known behaviours where the To-Do tile may not work as expected with pending offer approvals. We have the following articles created to discuss this matter.

If steps in KBA 2302933 - Overdue offer approvals showing in to do list - Recruiting Management have been followed and the tasks remain then a case can be created with Support to remove these.

Note: The Provide Interview Feedback To-Do tile will only be removed once the user has given an overall rating (Recommended/Not Recommended) for the candidate in Interview Central, then clicked I'm Done (tapped on Submit via the mobile application). Once an overall rating has been given the interview feedback to-do tile will be removed from the home page.

Once the Interview has been scheduled, the Pending Interview Feedback to-do tile will appear immediately for the relevant Interviewers, on their Homepage.
