Symptom

While performing an upgrade using Software Update Manager (SUM), the following error is occurred during the phase PREP_EXTENSION/EHP_INCLUSION:

[SPDA_EHP_INCLUSION.LOG]

Support Package "SAPK-XXXXX" must be available or already imported in the system
Package "SAPK-XXXXX": Import prerequisites are not fulfilled
The following import prerequisites of OCS Package " " have not been met:
Support Package "SAPK-XXXXX" must be available or already imported in the system

[ASKDOWNLOAD.LOG]

File 'G:\SUM\K-XXXXX' size 0kB could not be recognized!
