2624100 - SAP Work Manager 4.1 - AgentryException: An authorization check could not be executed

Symptom

On Apple devices Work Manager 4.1 is installed.
End users have noticed that after logging into the application users can't synch or download the initial store at all.

When device log is collected entries like this can be seen in it:
iPad SpringBoard(UserNotificationsServer)[55] <Error>: No valid 'aps-environment' entitlement string found for application 'com.xyz.agentry': (null).
iPad coreduetd(CoreDuet)[709] <Error>: Conflicting types for event stream <private>. Cached: (null) vs. New: <private>.
iPad dataaccessd(CalendarDatabase)[142] <Error>: CalDatabaseCopyStoreWithExternalID: no results for query
iPad SpringBoard(MobileKeyBag)[55] <Notice>: -[MKBKeyStoreDevice stashVerifywithValidity:]_block_invoke_2: got error from remote proxy: -1

In the SMP server logs the following entries can be seen:
