2624297 - HTTP 500 opening Lumira Designer documents in Unsupported Language

Symptom

  • Opening Lumira Designer documents in BI Launchpad (BILP), the following error is seen:
    HTTP Status 500
    org.apache.jasper.JasperException: java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find resource for bundle java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, key lumira.discovery.document.unsupported
  • This error occurs only when the Preferred Viewing Locale (PVL) in BILP -> Preferences -> Locales and Time zone is set to an unsupported language (eg. Icelandic or Dutch). With English, there is no issue.
