Symptom
The CONFIGURATION* extractors are failing with the following error:
The JCo used in this case is WEBADMIN, a test via SM59 shows the following error:

When you logon the Java NWA, open the JCo Destinations and try to execute the WEBADMIN, it starts and right after that it stops again, generating the following error in the defaultTrace of the Solution Manager SCS instance:
