Production Task Was assigned to a Wrong Task Folder

SAP Business Bydesign All Versions.

1. Go to Production Control
2. Go to Task Control
3. Show all and search Task ABC.
4. You can see task ABC  is in task folder XYZ, however you thought it should be assigned to task folder OPQ.

You could check Bill of Operations details in the corresponding production model , the Task - Generation Method is maintained as "Operation including Report Points". However, for production task folder OPQ, the type is maintained as "Activity".This means that only tasks that are generated per activity can be dispatched to the folder OPQ. But here tasks are created based on operations.

In order to use task folder OPQ for production tasks, you need to either remove the activity type values in the Assignment Criteria of the production task folders or change the Task-Generation Method in the bill of operation.
