Application Error in History of Job Information

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Job information

1. Navigate to the employee's job info
2. Click the history
3. Application error pops up

• One record in the job history record doesn't have manager data maintained in it (manager field with null value stored).
• To check data in employee's job history, use adhoc report of job info records via 'Person and Employment Export' domain and verify whether any record is existing without any manager value.

• To fix this error: perform job history incremental import with "NO_MANAGER" value into that particular record having null manager value also with sequence number value as same as that of the record found in the exported adhoc report mentioned in Cause section of this Article.

Note: The import should be done with the "sequence column" filled up on the job info import template. If you leave this "sequence number" column empty, then the system would understand that it is just another record which means instead of updating the "no value record" the system creates another record with value no manager on same date.
