Symptom

  • Table data disappears when selecting hierarchy leaf node in the Web Intelligence report using BEx query after upgrade from BO 4.2 Service Pack 3 patch 3 to patch 10.
  • Report will work if the parent node is first refreshed followed by hierarchy leaf node under that parent node.
  • Issue is seen with any hierarchy leaf node in the report.
