2624958 - RSOE failures after installing a new certificate in SMP. Error (MLC299 root certificate is not trusted.)

Symptom

  • The RSOE(Relay Server Outbound Enabler) failed to start after the SMP certificate expired and a new certificate was added.
  • The RSOE log showed:
