When trying to launch an exam, the exam is greyed out and the details state that it is not online or a not active.

SAP Learning Management System
Cause
This is due to the check boxes not being enabled on the object level.
Resolution
Go to Content->Exam Object-> Search for the Exam, and verify that the check boxes are enabled.
