2625092 - The Opportunity Approval Notification Is Not Triggered

You have set up a multi-step approval process with different conditions and maintained the 'All approvals required' configuration in the approval process.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Go to the Opportunities view.
3. Create an opportunity, that fulfills the first condition of your approval process.

I. Result: The opportunity is submitted for approval.

1. The approvers of step 1 approve via notification.

II. Result: The status for the opportunity is set to 'Approved' and step 2 is not triggered.

When an opportunity fulfilling the first condition of an approval process is approved, the status for step 2 is set to 'Approval not necessary'.

This is expected system behaviour. Re-approval is currently not supported for opportunities. Since re-approval is not supported, the end state for approvals is reached, once the opportunity enters status 'approved'.
