Candidate was able to create 2 Candidate Profiles that have the same email address and was able to apply to the same job requisition.

The reason why Candidate was able to create two Candidate Profiles with the same email is because the Candidate created the 2nd profile using a different email address and changed it to the one she applied initially. To confirm this, you may need to check the Candidate History of both Candidate Profiles

2nd Candidate: Notice the email change

Confirm with Candidate which profile they wish to proceed and either merge the two duplicate profiles or move the other one to a disposition status.
