2625104 - Production order confirmation cancelled with BAPI_PRODORDCONF_CANCEL reverses the whole quantity

Symptom

A BAPI_PRODORDCONF_CANCEL is called from a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to partially cancel a confirmation for a production order. This leads to the cancellation of the whole confirmation.
