2625171 - MDG-DRF: Filter criteria is not considered when replication data using DRFOUT

Symptom

You have customized filter criteria for a Replication Model. When using DRFOUT to replicate data from MDG to a target system, from the replication log, you find that the data which should be excluded according to the filter criteria is still replicated.
