2625228 - Decision made in offline approval e-mail is not processed

Symptom

You are using OFFLINE APPROVAL to approve documents in SRM system. However, after approve user makes a decision by button/link on approval e-mail, the action does not affect SRM system and document stays in "Awaiting Approval" status, even though exists an entry in SOST transaction.
