2625231 - Unable to generate addon queue - The Installation/Upgrade Package for Add-on GBX01HR rel. 600 is not available

Symptom

  • You are installing the component GBX01HR5 605 on your NetWeaver 7.5 system.
  • Using the Software Update Manager (SUM) tool along with a stack XML, the installation stops in phase PREP_EXTENSION/EHP_INCLUSION with the following error:
Unable to generate addon queue. Return Code = 1, Reason =
"The Installation/Upgrade Package for Add-on GBX01HR rel. 600 is not available",
check log file 'SPDA_EHP_INCLUSION.LOG' for details

  • Using transaction SAINT to install the component GBX01HR5 605 also results in the same error:
