• The following error "HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error" displayed in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• In Chrome Developer Tools see "POST to https://authn.<Landscape Host>.hana.ondemand.com/saml2/sp/mds fails with Status Code: 500".

SAP Analytics Cloud.

1. Browse to SAP Analytics Cloud.
2. Notice the issue.

An expired SAML certificate.

• This issue can only be resolved by SAP.
• The SAP Cloud Operations team is responsible for making this change.
• Please request this change via a Product Support chat case on the SAP for Me by choosing the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence >> SAP Analytics Cloud expert area or the LOD (OnDemand) >> LOD-ANA-ADM component.
