2625398 - DB6:DBH_CFG_COLLECT collector fails with SQL0433N error

Symptom

In a solution manager system, you find data collector DBH_CFG_COLLECT does not work for the remote database.
The remote database has to the enable the Oracle compatibility mode for some specific SAP applications
(For example, SAP NetWeaver Identity Management: Identity Center database).
