How to add multiple recipients to Recruiting Email Trigger Notifications

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Admin Center -> Recruiting Email Triggers
2. Scroll down to Specify Recipients -> Select the Radio Button of who you would like to add as the Recipient e.g. Role in the Requisition -> Recruiter
3. You can add multiple Recipients by repeating the process, either by adding other roles or by adding recipients by Employee Name/ Email Address

NOTE:

• Please note that the option 'By role on the requisition' will only send the email to the operator selected in the Job Requisition and not members of an operator team of the same role.
• It's not possible to pre-visualize the respective User related to the role when selecting "By role on the requisition" option.
