2625569 - "Export View to PSE" option is greyed out - Cannot get a property with key[pse_location] for keystore view

Symptom

While configuring SSL on AS Java you experience the following errors:

ERROR: -> Cannot get a property with key[pse_location] for view [ICM_SSL_<XXXXX>] -> A config entry with the name "pse_location could not be found in the configuration "keystore/ICM_SSL_<XXXXX>/properties".
SSL port "5<XX>01": file not found
SSL port "5<XX>01": file not updated. Export the keystore view

Export View to PSE option is greyed out.
