Symptom

  • Create incident from managed system using Help > Create Support Message and suggested component is not allowed when trying to send incident to SAP
  • SAP Component suggested in system not accepted
  • Change the component used in incident creation to a different value and the incident sends to SAP without problem
  • Message incomplete
    Action could not be successfully executed
    Processing SEND_TO_SAP  is started
  • General prerequisites: A valid SAP component is assigned to the incident
