2625834 - Post upgrade secondary site does not start

Post HANA DB upgrade (from early revisions such as SP8) secondary site does not start because of the following errors:

Moreover, following has already been referred to but problem still persists:

1) 2431875 - HANA Upgrade Error Related to SSFS.DAT did not solve the issue because of no backups available.

2) Copying .DAT and .KEY file from primary site does not work either

Also since the system is down, cannot generate new keys either using 2097613 - Database is running with inconsistent Secure Storage File System (SSFS) -> Solution B
