2625896 - Find User link in Offer approval and Job Requisition pages do not honor Recruiting Group configuration - Recruiting Management

You have set up recruiting groups and asociated them to operator fields in Offer Approval and Job Requisition. When you try to fill up an operator/approver field, you are able to select anybody from employee pool rather than the specific set of users from the group configured.

For Job Requisition Creation:

1. Go to Recuiting;
2. Create new Job Requisition;
3. Short requisition page comes up asking for details;
4. For a particular operator role click on "find user";
5. You are expecting a set of users defined in the particular role , but you are able see the entire employee pool;

For Job Requisition Alteration:

1. Go to Recruiting;
2. Select a Job Requisition;
3. Select an operator field with a group validation associate; 
4. click on "find user";
5. You are expecting a set of users defined in the particular role , but you are able see the entire employee pool;

For Offer Approval:

1. Open a candidate under Offer status;
2. Click Take Action > Offer Approval;
3. Start a new offer by selecting a template;
4. Go to the offer approvers fields and hit "find user" link (field needs to be associate to a recruiting group)
5. You are expecting a set of users defined in the particular role , but you are able see the entire employee pool;

The issue is not a defect but it's a configuration issue. 

This behavior is expected if you have the option "Person-Employment-User V1 [Not Ready for Sales/Production]" enabled. If you want to make the recruiting group validation to the fields associate with such group, the solution is to disable this option.

Go to Provisioning -> Company Settings -> disable the below option:
