Symptom

  • Unable to remove permission to Configure People Profile.
  • How to remove permission to Configure People Profile?

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite 
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile 
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 

Reproducing the Issue

  1.  Go to Admin Center > Employee Files.

  2. You will see the option to Configure People Profile or Configure Employee Files.

Resolution

To remove access to Configure People Profile follow the below steps:

  1. Go to Manage Permission Roles
  2. Select the wanted role
  3. Click on Permission
  4. Select the option Manage System Properties and Uncheck the option "Manage Employee Files".
