Unable to access Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Settings

Reproducing the Issue
- Access the Instance;
- Admin Center;
- Manage Recruiting Setting;
- Blank screen will appear instead of loading the recruiting settings
Resolution
SOLUTION #1
Confirm that the user facing the issue is properly RBP-permissioned to have access to Manage Recruiting Settings:

Please run sync job to resolve this issue:
1. Login into provisioning
2. Go to Manage Scheduled Jobs page
3. Click on create new job button
4. Select MDF Object Definition To DB SYNC from drop down. Select valid user name and provide some job name.
5. Click on create job button
6. Click on run it now button on action tab
