Symptom
Admin / HRBP has permissions to see View link on employee time records. However in Administer Time -> Time Record it is not visible.
You can only see the approval status and the pencil icon for the edit action.

Employee Central, Time Off
Reproducing the Issue
1. Navigate to Administer Time on Employee's Profile
2. Time Records Tab > You can see Approval status and edit icon
In Previous version you could see a separate option/link for "View" and another for "Edit"
Cause
Product Enhancement - Expected Behaviour as of b1802
Resolution
This is an expected behavior from b1802. The distinct "View" link has been removed with this release. If the logged in user has sufficient permissions, he/she can click anywhere of the record and a pop up will appear with details.
