2625990 - Stop Panel Appearing at the End of New Employee Step (2nd Step) [Panels] - Onboarding 1.0

• A stop panel is appearing at end of NES step for candidates stating:"Corporate Representatives must sign the forms now". 
• Orientation Step is not used as implemented

The reason why a stop panel is showing is the following:

• A PDF form is configured to be signed by Manager or Corporate Representative in New Employee Step
• A field in PDF form is mapped to Corporate Signature in Settings > PDF Forms
• New Hire completes the New Employee Step (2nd Step) in Manager's Work Queue
• The configuration of Orientation Step (3rd Step) Wizard is not set as "Empty"

To resolve the issue, please follow solution for each scenario:

Scenario A: A PDF form is configured to be signed by Manager or Corporate Representative in New Employee Step

Resolution: Remove the signature requirement of Manager or Corporate Representative in New Employee Step

Scenario B: A field in PDF form is mapped to Corporate Signature in Settings > PDF Forms

Resolution: Reconfigure the PDF form and remove mapping for Corporate Signature

Scenario C: New Hire completes the New Employee Step (2nd Step) in Manager's Work Queue

Resolution: Utilize the Welcome Letter Link, ensure that Hiring Manager is not login to the internet browser

Scenario D: If the process is a 2 step (Post-Hire Verification (1st Step) & New Employee Step (2nd)) and the configuration of Orientation Step (3rd Step) Wizard is not set as "Empty"

Resolution: Set the Wizard to "Empty", contact support to confirm and if you are a customer engaged with a consultant or partner, ask them to configure the Wizard
