2626011 - Icon/Link To Request External Print Preview is Missing Under Document Flow Facet In C4C Sales Document

You want to request print preview of an external document which is replicated to C4C from External System or to External System from C4C but you see the link/icon is missing in the document flow

SAP Hybris Cloud For Customer

1) Open Sales Quote / Sales Order / Opportunity
2) Navigate to Document flow
3) Click on the external document number to generate the external print preview - click is disabled/icon to request print preview is disabled

There could be two reasons for this issue provided you have met the prerequisite to configure the communication arrangement for Document Flow request from External System

1) You have not configured the communication arrangement "Print Preview of Business Documents in SAP Business Suite"
2) You have configured the above mentioned arrangement but Document Flow request is not successful.

1) Configure the communication arrangement and ensure that the document can be printed in external system
2) Successful document flow request is prerequisite for the link to be enabled. If the document flow query is successful , you can see additional data against the external document number in the document flow. If it is not successful, you can find errors returned in the bottom of the document
