2626035 - Why does reassignment of phase cycle in Defect Correction allows selection of cycle not in Test phase? - Solution Manager

• When working with Test Corrections (SMTM/ZMTM), creation is only allowed when the related Phase Cycle document is in Test phase (no longer true in 7.20 SP07, can also be created in Build phase)
• While still working with Test Corrections and attempting to reassign the Phase Cycle, the search returns Phase Cycles that are in other phases (e.g. Build, Scope). Expecting this only to show cycle documents in Test phase.
