2626095 - Reporting on Ask for Feedback Information - Performance Management

• How to report on Ask for Feedback information and responses in an Ad hoc Report?
• Is it possible to display Feedback responses/content in the PDF/Print version of the Performance Form?

You can now view 'Ask for Feedback' information like who requested the feedback, when it was requested and who responded. Note that this will not include the actual content of the feedback provided.

Within the current report framework, it is only possible to report on the Feedback Requester, the Feedback Participant, and the time the feedback was requested and received.

1. Go to Reporting tab > Report Center > New >
2. Select Report Table > Single Domain >
3. Select Performance Management domain.
4. In the Columns tab, Select Columns and Ask for Feedback is now available in the list.

The following columns can be added:

• Feedback Requester First Name: First Name of the Ask for Feedback Requester
• Feedback Requester Last Name: Last Name of the Ask for Feedback Requester
• Feedback Requester Username: Username of the Ask for Feedback Requester
• Feedback Request Time: The date and time the Ask for Feedback action as initiated
• Feedback Participant First Name: First Name of the Ask for Feedback Participant (Only for internal employee. This will appear blank for external users)
• Feedback Participant Last Name: Last Name of the Ask for Feedback Participant (Only for internal employee. This will appear blank for external users)
• Feedback Participant Username: Username of the Ask for Feedback Participant (Only for internal employee. This will appear blank for external users)
• Feedback Participant Email: Email of the Ask for Feedback Participant (External email address)
• Feedback Participant Name: Name of the Ask for Feedback Participant (For internal employees = FirstName LastName; For external users = email address)
• Feedback Received Time: The date and time the Feedback was sent to the system
  
  

At this time, the content of the feedback received is not yet included in Ad hoc reports. An existing enhancement request is now under Review and Develop Phase for this feature. Please follow the request to get the latest updates on this enhancement request.

The Ask for Feedback responses will also not be displayed on the PDF/Print version of the form.
